They are a typical Aussie family. Mum & Dad who purchased, renovated and improved me have been joined by two fast growing sons. Im proud to be their first home and Ive grown as they have grown.

I now have 3 bedrooms, with plenty of light airy space for the kids to play inside, plus a huge landscaped adventure playground out back, utilising my northerly aspect. Plenty of space on my deck for Mum & Dad to entertain, trees for the boys to climb and lawn for the family dog to dig up!

My bar will surprise; its attached to my internally accessed garage. Outside in front, theres plenty of parking or even more play area. Yes, Im perfect for my next new family seeking their first home and as a bonus, Im located a short walk to parks, the shops, medical services and that waterfront my kids head for after school.

However, now my Family have grown and feel its time to upgrade - maybe its time I find some respite from all that frantic pace of youth!

Im perfectly suited to a retired couple downsizing into something more low maintenance and manageable. I present well, have aircon, fresh cleaned carpet, plus enough rooms for your kids and grandkids to fill with noise when they come visit on holidays!

Maybe some smart investor will add me to his/her portfolio or start one with me? Ill attract a handsome rent of around the $400 mark I reckon.

Basically, Im adaptable an allrounder. A home for many - or few - so better be quick!
